margarito had proven to be one of the best welterweights, and a worthy opponent. instead mayweather jr fought a complete chump in baldomir for similar money. he clearly didnt want to face margarito and knew that margarito was a MUCh tougher fight. not worth the risk. anyone who cant see this is a blind mayweather jr fan with no objectivity whatsoever. margarito wouldve thoroughly dominated baldomir if they had fought.
