    I thought had they reviewed that fumble, it's Penn St ball. The guy was on the ground with the ball controlled in his hands. But the ND players jumped on it before he could bring it in.

    Carter looks more impactful today than other times I watched him. Still looks kinda undersized as a DE

    33 and 15 on the penn st DL also look like players at the next level
