I'm sure Esk59 would do it. Afterall, if you can knock out Tito, surely you can spar with Shane.

anyone picking Judah should be banned for ignorance.

Its one thing to think he has a chance, but another entirely to think he'll actually beat a top tier fighter.

again, remind me the last time he beat someone considered "good"?

oh and the last time Mosley fought someone comparable to him in speed it was someone named, de la moya...de la treya...de la....well something i forget.

Anyway he did pretty well with that guy, and he's actually beaten a top level fighter.

    Shane by stoppage

Agreed, although I think Mosley may just win a decision while hurting Zab once or twice along the way.

    I love ya, Sly....but I can almost guarantee that's a crock.

I was one of the very few that picked Mosley to upset DLH...and I was quite lonely.

And with your 'love' of Shane? I can't see it.

    Hmmm.....:nono: :crafty:

    Exactly.

Judah WILL land some lefts b/c his single-shot speed IS faster than even DLH...

But that's about it, and the disparity is not that big.

Speed alone won't do it - and Shane has more than enough footwork to corner Judah and keep the pressure on...

And Shane's right hand is MADE to land on Judah - it will be glued to Zab's noggin all night.

Shane will keep the pressure on, and even though he may not be as strong or punch as hard as a young Cotto....Zab will still fold and/or lose a decision.

    Peace.

Ignoring knowledge and indulging in echolocation.
He's like a panther, sleek, quick, powerful, with a broad head/snout, and BEEMING predatory, nocturnally proficient eyes. Against Shane, Cotto, the apparent "bone-breaker" , the "juggernaught" had gelatine legs that looked like they were operating a unicycle in rapid reversal :dunno: ,...well wow,....Cotto EXPOSED somewhat.. .. not bad for a mangey old warlord jungle cat.

It's true that he isn't as fragile physically and not quite as weak-chinned as people say, but what about the mental aspects?

His adjustment "skills" are to look for one big shot as he continues to get beat up. Plus I questioned his confidence in the Cotto fight. The 3rd round low blow was vicious, what about the 1st round low blow? Judah was having a good round, got hit with a borderline shot, then started hamming it up and flopping around.

    ........

This is a perfect fight for Mosley. he gets to beat on someone with a name with very little risk of losing. Judah is done, and will get his ass kicked in this fight.

    I agree
If they have a rematch Zab will KO his ass again

btw this last weekend seeing Mosely at the Marquez-Pac weigh-in almost made me shit myself... the media called him to pose for pics during a break in the proceedings.. so he stood there with an arm resting on the scale.. then after a bit he kinda stepped back.. but they kept snapping pictures.. he had this confused look on his face and said "what do you want me to do ?!!?!"

It Seems REED is 1 of the Few that WASN'T Impressed w/Shane's Performance Against Cotto...

Early On, it Appeared that Shane was on the Verge of Being KO'ed...For Whatever Reason, Cotto Altered his Tactics & the Fight Got CLOSER...

What ALARMED REED was just How Sloooooooow Shane Looked...He was Supposed to Have a HUGE Edge N Speed Over Cotto, yet he Didn't...Well, Zab WILL have an Edge N Speed Over Shane...Zab is Quicker Handed than a PRIME Shane, Nevermind Today's Version...

Initially, REED WANTED to just Write Zab Off, but the Looooooonger he PONDERS this Fight, the More of a "Live" Underdog Zab Becomes...Shane's Probably Thinking JUST LIKE Posters on this Site..."What's Zab EVER Done??...Who's he EVER Beat???...He's the Butterbean of Real Prizefighting, 4 Rounds & he's DONE..."

Wouldn't Surprise REED @ All if Shane is Playing Zab CHEAP, UNDERESTIMATING him...

Also, even if U Think Shane Performed WELL N the Cotto Fight UNDENIABLY, he Started SLOWLY...But There's Very FEW Fighters that Start as QUICKLY as Zab Does...

Mayweather Sr. is there to B a DIFFERENT Voice...It May or May NOT Help Zab, but it's OBVIOUS that Yoel CANNOT Any Looooonger...Floyd Sr. May Push the Right Buttons, REMIND Zab of just HOW he's PERCEIVED by Fans like Us & Who Knows, that "Focused" Zab just MIGHT Show Up 1nce N his Life:lol: ...

REED will Fall just SHORT of a Prediction, Until we Get Closer to Fight Time..."However", it's DANGEROUS to COMPLETELY Rule Out the Chances of a Guy w/Zab's Level of TALENT...Regardless WHAT his Track Record Tells U...

Does the Name "Nate Campbell" Mean Anything to Ya'll???:dunno: ...Talented Guy w/NO FOCUS or MATURITY...NO Ability to ADJUST..NOW, Nate's the UNIFIED Lightweight Champ of the World...

I expected that to a degree...I think it's because Cotto's handspeed is somewhat underrated.

Because of his casual, "heavy-looking" footwork and his paced, measured approach, he seems to be much slower than he actually IS...especially when short-punching.

I think most of his opponents are actually surprised by his handspeed, especially center-ring.

Note how Judah couldn't get away nearly as much as he thought he could....Malignaggi as well.

Cotto seems to be able to pull the trigger very quickly.

    Peace.

Anybody who thinks Zab is a 4 round fighter needs to watch his first fight with Spinks. He needed a knockdown in the 12th to clinch victory, and Spinks is one of the best defensive fighters, besides being the larger man, and he knew he couldn't afford to get knocked down. Zab came at him with one of the best controlled 12th round attacks in boxing, got the KD, and had him seconds from being stopped at the final bell.

That was against a guy who couldn't really hurt Zab. (and that's saying something)

When he fights Mosley he's not going to be able to "fence" from the outside. He makes a mistake against Mosley like he did against Spinks the fight is over.

The point is that his 12th round attack was on par with many other very good fighters early round attacks. When Floyd fought him he had to cheat and get his uncle to choke him out mid-fight just to eek out the W.

You should have called out "There's Karaoke next door!!!"

The seats would have cleared out and you could have got closer.

Everybody bragging on how so much faster Zab is then Shane musta missed Zab's last fight. Judah looked washed up in there. And it cant just be chalked up to him fighting down to the level of opposition. He went 10 rounds and struggled with a guy who a few years ago he woulda destroyed. Zab's speed and reflexes have declined. If he's any faster than Shane at this point, it aint by much.

Also, brother REED I respectfully disagree with you that Zab had faster hands than a PRIME Shane. I think a prime Shane's hands were JUST as fast as prime Zab's, if not slightly faster.

I think Mosely was faster in throwing combination punches while Zab is faster with single shots.
