I watched the 48 hours special on this issue. I think is wife is a grade f third world whore , but I can't say the evidence was compelling for a murder. Keep in mind, Gatti was a drunk and had sustained multiple traumatic brain injuries. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he decided in the spur of the moment to kill himself.The investigation was sloppy. I mean they moved the biggest piece of evidence, the chair, and then took photos?I am not saying he wasn't murdered. I am saying if this comes to my desk, I close it out. No way to prove a homicide here.
