In 1953, it was the ultra hip Richard Burton who suggested to executives that they should use a 70s Motif for the poster of this film

He posts Indiana Jones which self-consciously evokes 40s and 50s adventure films and their posters

You can't make this shit up

Agreement from Panchy = you're definitely wrong

Maybe it's the knowledge that Tarantino is obsessed with the 70's

The fuck? The rain forest must be rotting your already over-taxed brain. And you have nothing to offer but bitterness and contempt. The people in your life must be broken by your cynicism or else it's hard to imagine they would not have left. You don't deserve the company of a cold bug on the jungle floor. The fact we tolerate you here has me concerned for my own mental health.

The poster has a 70s flavor just like the Captain America: The Winter Soldier had a 70s flavor too.

Idiot the Indiana Jones posters DID NOT evoked the 40s & 50s films. The movie itself, yes. The poster? Nope!

The posters you posted don't even look remotely like the one for the Tarantino film. In fact the Indiana Jones one looks like it was drawn in almost the exact style (maybe the same artist?)

ROTFL at Tarantino's epic answer to a feminist SJW PC reporter question that tried to make him look like he discriminated against Margot Robbie.

Essentially, this is a watchable, usual-funny, no-frills Tarantino movie, which, for the first 2 hrs is pretty good.
IMO, this movie is almost like a ´love letter´ to Sharon Tate - obviously flawed as a person, and naively(?) hopeful for the future, so much that Margo Robbie doesnt have to speak that many lines to get this across.
The Manson Family are simply depicted as villains even though they hardly knew why they were sent to Cielo Dr to murder Tate, Sebring and Co.
Roman Polanski is seen as a cunt, Steve McQueen and Bruce Lee are done as cameos really well but De Caprio and Pitt work really well together, and tbh, its there time on-screen I liked most.

I didnt really care much for the jarring ending, which is why I give this a:

    7/10
