At 118, obviously. Canizales better technical skills, better combo puncher, and a bit better defensively. Donaire a bigger puncher, faster hands, and overall just more athletic. Both had very good chins, so despite both having power, this most likely goes 12. Who wins?
I like Canizales here. His footwork being the difference as he rarely allows Donaire his opportunities. I also think he's just the better fighter. Donaire was a massive bantam, and a ridiculously big flyweight though.
