Yeah  And the fact that he looks and sounds like that guy Pedro from that comedy throws his opponents, they get confused and befuddled, and it gives him more time to slap them.

I certainly hope Katsidis bashes him. I did think Diaz at first, now I've changed my mind. Katsidis by late KO.

Not bad for a basic fighter to be the unified lightweight champ. WTF is ordinary about Diaz? He has great stamina, a fast jab, fast combinations with both hands, and he apparently hits hard enough to make two world champions quit. He has lost one fight to Nate Campbell, where he injured his hand in sparring and suddenly he´s on the level of a scrub like David Diaz. Juan Diaz would shit on David Diaz just like every fighter above club level has. David Diaz is not decent. He´s crap. Juan Diaz is still young and you´ll be proven wrong again, when he regains his belts.

Yeah he made a past primed Fruitass quit(Chico took Fruitass' heart) and made Wholio Diaz, who never was much good quit. Whooptie fuckin do!

Campbell exposed that when you can stand up to Diaz's workrate, and fireback in return, he'll have problems.

Manny's speed, power, and southpaw stance would be nightmarish for Diaz, who would NOT be able to avoid Manny's left hand at all. Coupled with the fact that Pac is a great fighter, Juan is not.

I think Manny stops Diaz, and Katsidis. Both those guys are too hittable to beat Manny.

Guzman, or Campbell pose bigger threats to Manny.

I never said I´d pick Juan Diaz over Manny. I said lots of fighters can look sensational against David Diaz. One would think with a head as big as Diaz´s he could process that it´s not a good idea to walk into Manny´s uppercut a dozen times in a row.

I think all the top guys at 135 would have handled Diaz, but I doubt any of them would have destroyed him the way Manny did.

Hey I never said he was ordinary, I said he was basic. This is beyond argument, he IS basic, he just makes up for it with great workrate and stamina, and a good chin.

Like X said, basically that fight exposed what happens when you stand up to diaz, and don't wilt under the pressure.

Nate was the first and only fighter to stand up to Diaz's pressure, with ability to retaliate in kind.

And you know what, Diaz couldn't take it, he got beaten physically and mentally.

Although it wasn't a blowout, it was a pretty convincing, and telling loss.

Oh, no I won't take that bet.

I am seriously picking katsidis, it's not just a "hope" pick, but I don't make a habit of betting on fighters as wild and chinny as katsidis.
