I can't wait until Paul Williams lays Fagarito out and we can all move on from the hype.

just curious for those people who think pacquaio is a better fighter than mayweather, do you believe pacquaio could have beaten mayweather when he was fighting at 130lbs?

    getting back on topic (apologies)

Barrera cant guard against the straight left and it's not just Manny's. In his fight with Ayala the only round Ayala looked he won (the 5th I think) he was landing straight lefts seemingly at will. Barrera's guard is too wide where he can handle hooks from the outside in but is a sucka for anything straight down the middle

Pacman was smaller and not as good then. If Floyd was still a 130 pounder, then yes, Pacman would deck floyd a few times and win within the 1st 4 rounds. No way floyd could handle pacman's pressure, ferocity, and punch.

I am just nausing you, the truth is I don't know. I think pacman would have a good chance, especially as pacman really has improved under roach, and is no longer just a 1-2 fighter.

Pac is very quick, Judah's speed troubled floyd, he can also properly bang at 130.

He would have to be properly gung ho and relentless to beat floyd, but I could see it happening.

However, I may be proven right in thinking pacman's reign as a P4P fighter may just about be over. What is all this bullshit with politics and law school? He is losing interest and hunger.

At his best I think pacman is a better fighter than hatton P4P, but I think hatton's style stands an even better than at defeating floyd. A strong, relentless, smothering pressure bastard.

Pac didn't get to 130 until Fraud had long left the division. In mythical matchup land, Pac fucks Fraud up after hitting him and making him shit his leather shorts. Fraud would be on his bicycle all night running from a guy who could match his speed.

Anyway this belongs in mythical matchups, in reality, Fraud is a BIG Pacman fan. Just watch Fraud in the crowd during Pac-Morales II. He was Pac's best cheerleader.

I didn't see Fraud in the crowd during the Fagquez fight that night jumping onto his seat, throwing punches into the air as Pac was throwing, and generally acting like a cheerleader.

Fraud, P4P #1 Pacquiao cheerleader.

I'm the biggest Floyd "hugger" on this board, and every board I've been on since Floyd destroyed Emanuel Burton...and I'm telling you that Floyd-Pacquaio at 130lbs would not have been easy.

Floyd would win, but by 8-4 or something of that nature. It wouldn't be a blowout.

floyd would've knocked Pacquiao out in a brutal fashion. floyd wouldnt have lost to a battle-worn morales either.

floyd is not one of my favorite fighters, but he's probably the best 130 pounder i've ever seen.

an Old Morales was able to beat Pacquiao at 130, Lord knows what Floyd would have done with him. Pacquiao gets ko'd whenever Floyd feels like it.:slap:

ill give pacquaio the benefit of the doubt in the first morales fight, it being his 130lb debut. however the rematch with morales was no picnic for pacquaio either.

Soto would do alot of things he hasn't done. Soto also has 5 losses that most fail to mention like they never happened. Including a loss to a shot Kevin kelley.

I swear they way some describe Soto one would think they are talking about an undefeated prospect.

MAB is well past prime and since being at 130 his stamina has really started slipping. Pacquiao stops him again, probably quicker this time.

Oh and Mayweather-Pacquiao at 130 would have been a mismatch. Floyd would have beaten his ass.

You're usually wrong all the time when it comes to Asian fighters.

Remember "Another Lumpia about to get schooled" before Bautista bounced Medina off the canvas?

Golden Boy and Top Rank SETTLE: Pacquiao-Barrera Oct.6 Confirmed!

It looks like GBP and Top Rank are both promoters of Pacquiao now! This opens the door for Pac-JMM, and any other GBP fighter. Pac is going to clean house.

He gets his $5,000,000 purses and gets to fight the top fighters. Looks like some of the haters need to take their own foot out of their ass now.

I hope I am wrong about pacman, and him losing interest and hunger in boxing, with all this politics/law school bullshit. I want to see him kick arse for a few years longer :bears:

I'd like to see him fight live too.
