I realize that a red herring may be helpful to you right now, but the non sequitur aside, you didn't answer my question.

Isn't it fascinating the way blind Pac fans have constantly shifted their arguments? If someone was to sift through these threads they would trip over dozens of completely different stances taken in defense of Pac all debunked and shredded by the reasonable and clear thinking crowd on this board. Now we're arguing contractual laws, precedent and the such when it all boils down to the fact that Pac won't take random tests because he's juicing.

While you and I may not take the time to leave this website, other posters actually do have other sources of information and I'm just taking it for granted that if a commission or sanctioning body felt Floyd's request was objectionable to them, they would have objected in a public forum and it would have gotten back to you and me by now.

Jesus, are you going to make me explain to your undereducated ass that precedence does not have to be bound to the exact reference of occurrence but could be applied from peripheral sources close the the said set of circumstances? Translation: It's been done in other sporting events. Now please fuck off with your lame arguments.

Like i said, the shit has been done in other sports is set rules not contractual right? If not provide evidence. What you are suggesting is a complete change in the rules. But this isnt the way to do it. Go through the proper channels. You dont insist someone start this new way of testing just because you feel like it.

listen closely you dimwit..."The rules" in boxing have to do with clinching and rabbit punching. So stop saying "the rules".

The commission is there for overseeing disputes between fighters and promoters, enforcing state law, and other shit. The contracts are there to outline terms of the fight. These terms are not "rules" you fucknut.

These terms can include any reasonable demands including shaving your beard to the skin or I get to promote your next 3 fights or weight stipulations or purse or a personal side bet. It could include that this is a female fighting a blind midget - IT DOESN'T MATTER as long as its reasonable it can be included and then the state athletic commission will enforce it.

So precedence of random testing is present in modern sports so this make this particular line item HIGHLY reasonable and therefore negotiable and the state athletic commission will enforce it if it is found in the documents.

Now please move on to your next pathetic argument

I personally think the most important line item in the contract should be "rematch clause"

Piercing someone's skin and taking their blood at will isnt Reasonable. The Commission makes the rules of Drug Testing correct? If im wrong let me know. The NSAC makes and enforces the rules for Drug Testing. Not the Contract or fighters. Why is piercing someone's skin to take their blood WHENEVER they want Reasonable? Explain how that is reasonable fuckhead?

    1) the tests are to be endured by both parties
    2) it is deemed to be reasonable for millions of athletes from all over the world hence the precedence
    3) and finally the one that should shut you up: The NBA does not perform random blood tests. Yet do you hear the American Dream Team refusing it when they go to the Olympics and are subjected to it? The answer is NO and the reason is because its REASONABLE.

    Oh yeah LOL@Piercing someone's skin:lol:

Pacquiao wants to clear his name? Then agree to take the damned tests! It'll prove beyond a shadow of doubt (more than any lawsuit) that he is clean.

The olympics isnt an american orginzation. It has its own standards. Its not reasonable for a professional boxer. Change the rules then its reasonable. Pac isnt an experiment. Like i said all along, this is a power play by Officer Money. And its a power play by pac to refuse. The problem for Floyd is that he will lose this negotiation, because nothing he is requesting has been requested and agreed to before.

    Mayweather's Last 5 opponents
    Judah, Baldomir, DLH, Hatton, Marquez

    Pac's last 5 opponents
    Marquez, Diaz, DLH, Hatton, Cotto

If Floyds recent comp sucks, Manny's comp can't be too great.
