Man I was really looking forward to
this fight. The whole deal looked really fishy to me. It didn't look like a very violent fall at all.

that was the stupidest thing i have ever seen

ruined a potentially excellent fight (albeit there was a slow start)

I gotta admit in real time live i thought that he was thrown out the ring by Williams but it's clear as day he jumped out on his own.

Although I didn't see the fight I could see where this could possibly be what happened. I have a hard time believing someone is so afraid to fight that they'd blindly throw themselves out of the ring risking permanent injuries just to avoid an ass whipping. Even Cintron isn't that big of a bitch. Is he?

Anyway I agree with Hanz we've been having a lot of big fights turning into big let downs.

This fight was warming up to be something great, unbelievable.
Hope Cintron is ok tho, but the ropes should have been tighter.

How about, knowing about this california ruling before the fight incase of a NC,..and feeling he was ahead in the fight, thus leaping out of the ring, thinking he was going to steal the victory on the scorecards,..?

That's what I think he and his management were up to.

I can see this being very suspect if Cintron was getting his ass handed to him. But the fact of the matter is this, he was boxing very well and winning fairly easily. It dosent make sense.....

Cintron's antics aside, I actually think P-Dub deserves more criticism than anyone. Here was his chance to make a statement and take it right to a powder-puff like Cintron and he chooses to box from the outside. Something he hasn't done since the Margarito fight.

Safety first boxing decisions isn't the way to get fans crying for a Paul Williams Pacquiao or Mayweather fight, you get that by winning impressively. PW seemed to believe like so many others that Cintron is some kind of devastating puncher and so he played it safe. If I was Paul I would have went right at that pussy.

Cintron clearly jumped out the ring...no doubt about it. He CLEARLY pushed off that left foot. No doubt about it. Whether he was too hurt to continue doesn't erase the fact he jumped.

I had Williams winning rounds two and three....

Cintron is the incarnate of Andrew Golota. If you can take his best shot he folds up everytime. Cintron caught Williams with a good shot, but Williams came right back at him. There's a familiar and unmistakeable look of fear and discomfort on his face just prior to launching himself.

I didn't talk shit, I simply posted a link for people to see what happened.

I'm not saying he surely jumped and flopped, but it does look strange how he seemed to lift off his left foot for leverage when he fell/leaped into the table.

It was still pretty early though. I thought Williams was starting to pick up the pace, not going back to being more safety conscious even after eating a pretty nice right hand early in the 4th, and then the fight ended.
