This is a great fight for Taylor to take. Its big money, its a big name, and its a gravy win. Taylor would stop Tito, most likely inside 6 rounds. Tito was a great fighter at Welterweight. Not Middleweight. I laugh my ass off when people try and say he could beat so and so pre-Hopkins. He could fight with anyone at 147 on down. 154 and up, it ain't happening. Wright and Hopkins dominated Tito. Made him look amateurish. Say what you may, Taylor lost to Wright/Hopkins, but hands down no one dominated anyone. Taylor fought to a draw(at least/most) with both of them. This totally reminds me of how guys on this board refused to believe Tyson was shot.:notallthere:

Now, if this goes down, which it may since Taylor made it very clear he wants the fights that bring him the most money. He should be stripped. But I'm thinking thats his plan anyway. A cake payday against Tito, before he moves up and fights Joe for another payday.

I am no Taylor fan. But this really makes sense from his camps perspective.

The fight I'd like to see is Ouma vs. Tito. Now that'd be a war. And a high contact fight. I think Tito would prevail in the end.

Jer-bum Taylor would get beat stupider by Tito.

Why would he want to end his career getting his ass kicked by an old, semi-shot Tito?

Taylor is the most garbage fighter to ever hold a title in years, and that includes Mzonke Fana.

uh. let's not discredit our cause with ridiculous hyperbole. even if you think Taylor lost to Hopkins, he fought him close in two fights. and the same goes for Wright. he's better than Fana and a host of other former and existing title-holders. he's just not as good as HBO and his wins over hand-picked opposition seem to suggest.

This is exactly what I was getting at, but to your credit, you hit the point home better:clap:

Tito was manhandled by Hop, and dominated by Wright. Neither of the two could handle Taylor that way. To sit here and say Tito would end Taylor's career or that Tito would even beat Taylor is just plain stupid:doh:

Taylor beats Tito by TKO in under 6.:nono:

Damn the Taylor nut sucking in here is incredible.

Taylor is the dumbest fighter to ever lace a pair of gloves on. This guy always finds a way to lose, but his management always finds a way for him to win ($$$ to Judges).

If there was a BUM Hall of Fame, Taylor would be a shoe-in. He's amongst the greatest bums of all-time along with Rocky Marciano, and Arturo Gatti.

I hope this fight happens so when Tito punches Taylor his nuts will rip off in your nut sucking mouths.

    Taylor is shit.

I would bet my $750,000 condo that Micky Ward would decision or brutally stop Taylor.

    San Francisco, Nob Hill area.

If you want some good food and boxing discussion, come to Dsimon's restaurant in S.F when it opens. I'll make sure to welcome the guy who picked Gatti over Mayweather with open arms.

Baldomir is still better than Taylor. I'd pick him over Jer-bum Taylor anyday.

apparently there isn't much of a correlation between boxing knowledge and affluence in this case.

my guess: this chap slobbed enough frisco knobs and was granted a condo emeritus on Nob Hill as a reward for his committment to fellatious excellence
