I'd take Gerry here, but it's a good fight. They both play into eachother's strengths, with Penalosa not really having enough urgency about him to deal with movement well, and Tapia being pretty poor against Southpaws. I think Penalosa's potshots nick it, as Tapia wasn't hard to hit.
i'd go with penalosa too. i think he'd be confused and surprised early on by tapia's quickness. but eventually he starts to land enough shots to make it count and turn the tide.
