Pernell didnt hit like Floyd so Hatton probably lasts the distance but make no mistake.... Ricky gets his ass kicked every round! Whitaker by completely one sided UD. Actually a late stoppage for Pea is very likely. Pea was an excellent body puncher and Ricky is weak to the body. Also Pernell was physically stronger than Hatton, and would bully him on the inside. I'll be generous to Hatton and say he'll last the distance, yet take a beating, esp in the late rounds when Whitaker would toy w/him. And yes Hatton groupies, this fight would look the same at 147 AND 140. Jnr welter was probably Pea's best weight. He dominated Pineda at 140 in arguably the best he ever looked.
