I've had a shit one and its not getting much better with Arsenal right now. Arsenal are like your mom. It doesn't matter how drunk or old dad is, you just know he is going to beat her, everytime. That's Arsenal. When United are through with them, Arsenal will put on their apron, shuffle into the kitchen, and serve up a lovely cup of three points for Daddy Alex.

This really is the worst comeback ever by Charlie Nicholas:

Nicholas actually seemed miffed. They are usually in there sucking the bumfluff off one another, Cammy, Mersony, Nicholasy, Le Tissiery, Stellingy, etc.

Just noticed that we're back up to our points per game average from last season, now. Always said if we matched that we were a cert for champs. I don't even think we've hit form yet.

Sellick winning the league would be a great alka-seltzer alright. It would settle me right down.

Was Ronaldo charged when he stamped, while on the ground himself, on a Stoke player back in early 2009? Didn't think so.

Which is ironic, considering all the people currently in the country illegally. :laugh11: Too bad. Any news on Samba? I see Redknapp has been up the past two days, coverage is very biased in his favour, I reckon he gets off.

Defoe was nowhere near getting that ball, he was stretching all the way, but people make out it was like Torres vs Man United. It wasn't really a bad miss. He simply couldn't reach it.

Bale was more at fault for that miss than Defoe IMO. He could have played it earlier and let Jermain run onto it or a little more square once he'd beaten the defender.

Irish, haven't heard much on the Samba front, gone a little quiet

I think he meant to stamp on him. He felt Parker collide into his standing left leg, and stamped down. I don't believe he knew he was stamping on his head, or intended to.

I do. I'm just curious as to why Ronaldo wasn't brought up on identical charges in 2009.

You wouldn't last long at the tabloids, with your sophisticated notions of WHERE he meant to stamp on him, that and loony notions about INTENTION and KNOWLEDGE!!! Did he mean to stamp on him, yes, run that sucker, run it and let the morons read it. Top of the table? We'll soon sort that out, oh yes we will, oh yes we will.

“I don’t know what I find more laughable, the fact that Celtic cannot find £500,000 from their biscuit tin to sign a proven talent like John Spencer, or the fact that they then spent £300,000 on one of Dr. Jo’s old pals, the unknown Lubomir Moravcik.â€￾ - Hugh Keevins :atu:
