Definitely a two horse race now. Spurs won, but they'll drop points as they always do.

That was an old school Moyes EFC performance - 100% effort from the entire team, for 90 minutes. Definitely deserved the result.

Moyes is hopeful he might get one or two more in before 11. Who knows, could be a great day.

Cheers mate. I hope Celtic win the league :dancingBaby:

Hughes has done well. We have a team now that should survive.

Remember the good old days when Jermain Penis and Kieron Dire were the new bright new things?

Pennants a fucking bell end. An unethical little shit. Remember his ankle bracelet? Another bell end, a guy called Ashton, a journalist of sorts, fucked off to Zaragoza to contact Pennant and do an interview, with the intention of showing what a moron Benitez was for letting him go. Pennant did what he had been doing at Liverpool, namely fuck all, and was let go in course. Utter money grubbing shit.

To be fair, Rafa was a moron for signing him in the first place. Never good enough for a team aiming for a title challenge.

    Yeah.

Pennant looks like trouble and is. He also looks quite special at times too and i'm not talking about his footballing ability

Wasn't Benitez after Daniel Alves, but then opted to sign Pennant because Alves was ''too pricey.''

But they did challenge for the title, and none of this excuses Pennants behaviour. No interest in playing football at the end, only interested in collecting a pay-cheque in the form of a signing on fee. Managers make good, bad, indifferent decisions all the time- Pennant was told he had no future and should have let the club get a few quid back. Instead, he ran it down and signed for free for another club whom he had no interest in playing for either. He finally pitched up back at Stoke, where he tonight gave away a penalty. A guy who forgets he owns a Porsche??? Too much money these guys have.

I'm delighted though with Zamora's arrival. I hope Bothroyd fucks off now.

There was a tonne of stories like that, who knows what the truth was, Benitez kept schtum- but promises to write a book. The most infamous one is Houllier wanting to sign Ronaldo, but Rick Parry {CEO} being on holidays.

It may be a bit of jesting, but I am serious. Fergie is like Hitler......Stauffenberg, Rommel and co are tired of it now. The knives are out. Privately, there will be respect and decorum, but politically the wheels will be turning, and heads will roll.

It cracks me up that in Scotland, "Follow Follow" can be pronounced "Folly Folly"

It seems Jelavic did not want to play Fizzy Pop football with Sam the Slug and so Rangers lost £2m on the deal. Too bad.
