Celtic officially reinstated after Sion lose their appeal. The record books read Celtic 6-0Sion on aggregate and that's how Im choosing the remember it. Daryl Murphy hattrick in Switzerland as I recall.

Pretty certain we'll win the tournament now, the universe bends that way.

I think we have the best midfield in the premier league outside of the goliaths

This isn't intended to wind up Andrew or Hitman by the way, I just genuinely believe that. Viva la Fernandes revolution!!

Shit man, I see your first two came in. If it was only Barca who fucked it up for you by conceding that last minute equaliser at hone then that's gotta hurt! Did the other results come in? Can't be arsed to check.

Milan is pretty decent squad this year tho no? I was considering putting some money on them at 30-1 to win the CL

Sounds like they played pretty well Hitman, although that's going off news reports. Barca did miss shitloads of chances though.

Saying that, Barca do seem slightly more vulnerable compared to last season, they blew a two goal lead against Real Sociedad (I think?) in La Liga to draw 2-2 and very nearly conceded a third at the death. One of the drawbacks of having so much possession is that it can lead to you getting too comfortable and losing concentration, you only had to look at Villas dreadful backpass at the weekend to see an example of that.

When it's all said and done however, it's hard to look past Barca, Real, Utd or City for the CL

That new manager the Rent boys have is a right tosser, him and his ginger bum-fluff....I bet Roman makes him shave and then fires him because he won't play Torres in a 4-2-4 diamond up front with the Porridge kid.

Yep, great goal. He went through the defense as if they weren't there. Lovely finish too. Villa's free kick was great too.

I caught that free kick on the news this morning, inch perfect but Milan are old as hell.

Despite the result they (barca) must be favourites for the CL

Oh yea, they're still the team to beat. I think it was a weakened Barca team too.

I wouldn't read too much into the result they could still thump Milan at the San Siro. The boys from Manchester could give them a game but I can't see anyone stopping Barca this season..

Im still not sold on their defence and they don't keep the ball like Barca - interesting game that's for sure.

Barca haven't had less than 51% possession in a champions league match since 2006. Fucking pushers.
