I highly doubt that. He might beat the shitty weight drained Rios that fought Murray and Abril, but he'd get bashed by the Rios that fought Peterdude, Acosta or Urban Antelope.

Easily. Rios sucks. He is barely world class. FREITAS, although a pussy, was a far better fighter than Rios who just has no talent. I won't miss a Rios fight. He is fun to watch an tough, but he has no talent at all and it has nothing to do with his weight problems. He just isn't good at all. Diaz is underrated here because Sringerkarl name drops him. Diaz was a solid, honest and decent B-B+ level fighter,
Rios hits too hard, is too strong, and is too busy (when he's not weight drained), for ANY version of Diaz to handle. Rios also has very good stamina, something Diaz lacked. Plus, Rios might be a punk cholo, but he's got more heart and will than Diaz as well. Juan had some bitch in him, especially if you could push him back and punish his body. Mediocre ass Nate Campbell bullied, and owned a PRIME Diaz. Juan would have started off well against Bam Bam, but slowly Rios' power would have taken its toll on Diaz.
