    Perkins was very good

I think Chavez beats Ortiz clearly

Oscar may be too one-handed ... Pacquiao I'm not sure about

There's nothing to suggest Chavez beats Ortiz handily.

Ortiz had all the tools to beat Chavez.

Oscar might be a problem for Ortiz because of his size, handspeed, and power.

Ortiz was too smart and versatile for Pac.

Ortiz had no real edge on Chavez in any category... Chavez was stronger, hit harder, better attack, the chin is a given... what troubled Chavez? World level speed ... something Ortiz obviously didn't have... Ortiz was an all-arounder and very smart but he's not elusive enough on the backfoot to outbox him and he's not strong enough going forward to push him back... I can't see a single strategy that would be winnable for him

Ortiz was very physically strong for a lightweight. Dude was extremely strong/muscularly built.. much moreso than Rosario, who despite his incredible power wasnt physically strong at all.

Ortiz had a terrific jab and masterful footwork, and from the outside... yes, I feel he could outbox Chavez, while holding his own infighting.

Ortiz was nowhere near as strong as Chavez... why bring up Rosario at all? He got absolutely destroyed by Chavez

In what fight did Ortiz demonstrate the kind of backfoot mobility he'd need to beat Chavez from the outside? You're talking about a guy that even Hector Camacho couldn't get away from despite trying his best to run away ... Ortiz vs Chavez on the inside comes down to dishing it out and taking it... Chavez was inarguably better at both

Admit it, you like Chavez because Mexicans are one of the only peoples that could out-drink an Irishman... ADMIT IT!!!
