    Round 1:

Diaz right away looks MUCH stronger than Morales. Erik backing up, looking to counter, not throwing much at all. Looks to be gauging Diaz' strength...not sure if he likes what he's feeling.

Diaz landing to the body, Morales just moving and keeping his gaurd high. Not good for Erik so far....he can't tart slow and take body shots. He won't last the 12 at this rate, IMO.

Diaz landin A LOT downstairs. MOrales firing the odd shot, but looks to have very little on them. Diaz has Morales pinned on the ropes and raping those guts. Morales being hammered hard. Hrt wuth a huge left hand...and WTF, Morales counters and DOWN GOES DIAZ. Jesus!

DIaz is hurt too, Morales lands a couple of follow up right hands. Wow.

    10-9 Morales though. Great round.

 Oh man, Morales ALWAYS does this! The guy just can't go out there and get a workmanlike win. He has to get hit as much as possible to will himself to fight harder...I guess...

The dude must've watched too much lucha libre as a kid where the technico makes heroic comebacks:cheer:

    Round 2:

Diaz back on Morales right away, but he is open for the right hand counter, which is what Morales laid Diaz out with. Still, someone is gonna get KOed here. Morales down, but its a clear slip.

Morales continues to move to his left and counter, but DIaz s forcing and landing. This is a really nice fight so far. Damn Diaz wings bombs downstairs...sound like they hurt. Morales doing a beautiful job of countering with his right hand...with a straight and uppercut.

Morales wins that round IMO. Close though, but he's looking aight.

    20-18 Morales

He's currently like Gatti. Doesn't really fit in at any weight, so it might be time for him to go. But lets see if he turns the trick against Diaz

    Round 3:

Morales now countering with the jab and making Diaz pay a heavy price for walking straight in. Diaz is predictabl, but he's consistent. Can Morales hack this pace?

Diaz continues to work the body with vengance. He's inasanely vicious donstairs. H's staying inside now and Morales has stopped moving. Erik trying to fight with him inside and coverinBam, both guys hurt and landing hreavy shit. Morales lands the right hand, Diaz counters upstairs and down. I'll be fucked...im excited fuckos.

hmmm..I favour Diaz SLIGHTLY here...but its close.
    29-28 Morales

    Round 4:

Great fight so far. Commentators have it 3-0 for Morales.

Morales starts off jabbing and moving again. This time he's circling left and right. His right hand is landing down the middle on Diaz, but David won't stop moving forward and he's forcing Morales into a high paced fight. Jesus this is pretty good stuff.

DI IA ATARTING TO STAND UP A LITTLE STRAIGHT...fucken caps...perhaps a little tired and Morales is now targeting the body. Morales landing a lot, Diaz smiling like a mook. He should start punching more and quit the smile tactics...and Morales clocks fuck out of him with a right hand

At the moment, thi is Morales' fight and Diaz needs something to happen to Erik to change the outcome. If Morales keeps it up, he's going to win this one.

    39-37 Morales

My battery life is about dead Fightbeat fans...I won't finish the fight. Diaz might not either

There is a definite slow to this fight now. Morales on the oustside, punching and countering the crap out of Diaz. Diaz charges, Morales moves...and hits him in his face.

    1, 2 , 3, 4 punches to 1 from Diaz.

Morales is looking gooooood right now. Diaz explosed as I type that and lands a four punch combo oon Erik and drives Erik back...Morales counters and drives Diaz back. Ha....good fight. On the ropes now and Morales is taking a few, but giving a few more. MorLES SKIPS AWAY as the round ends.

    49-46 Morales

Commentatr calls this Moore v Duran II....and as that happens, Morales is on the ropes fendiws hard.ng off of Diaz. This ain't near as bad as that. Diaz is VERY competetive here and is gonna finish stronger. But the lead might be too big already.

Still, Morales laboring on the ropes right now an Diaz is roughing him up and landing shots. FUCK viscious trading here. DIaz just showing too many openings to Morales and Erik is happy to take whatever is being given. And now Morales got hurt....fucken hell. Diaz thros hard.

SNAP...DIaz's right eye looks bad. Swollen up out of nowhere. Its really bad. Pufffed like fuck. Its under the eye though.

    58-56 Diaz

    Round 7:

This looks a bit like Morales v Chavez. Diaz just showing too many free spots for a guy who's as competent as Morales. Although Diaz landed a good left hand there and Morales looked hurt. As I say i, Morales lands a bomb of a right hand in return. But he isn't slowing down Diaz.

Erik's jab has been real good to him though. Its landing and racking up a tonne of points on my card. But Diaz steps in and continues to work Morales on the ropes. Ooohh...Erik breathing heavy and Diaz sense it. Working like a nut on Morales and Erik isnt throwing back.

    Tough round to score there.

    68-65 Morales
