Every time I see Andrade between rounds, his corner are working on him like he just got taken down off the cross.

They got the ice on him, they got the towel and the sponge on him, they fanning him, the works.

 

He looks more like the Ray Robinson who drew with Kelly than the one who beat Jake LaMotta.

I'm watching a bit of it here n there.

Andrade looks to be having his way, but to me he looks like he's slipping.

If there ever was a point where he could have beaten Canelo and Charlo, it was 5-6 years ago, when he was sharper and they were greener.

Seems doubtful that he could beat them now.

 

Doubtful? He's a 1 minute guy. Suit Canelo down to the ground. A spurt fighter isn't going to beat a better harder spurt fighter like Canelo.

I think it's doubtful he'd win three rounds vs Canelo, let alone beat him.

 

He's looking notably slower now than he once did.

Reference how he looked against Brian Rose 7 years ago. He was much quicker, and sharper, and more active.

He would have had a good chance of upsetting Canelo in 2014.

Not now he doesnt.

 

If they are putting the ice on him after 3 minutes vs Liam Williams, they better rent a fucking meat packing plant for the Canelo fight.

Williams is a rough boy but he's no Canelo.

Williams is barely British/Euro level.

 

He looks like a guy who feels the pace. It's one thing to feel the pace. It is something else to let your opponent know you are feeling it, especially when it's Canelo, who is basically a shark in water when he smells blood, he zones in.
