I'm curious, how do they handle situations like Barrera-Juarez I or Quartery-Lopez where it's tallied incorrectly and therefore announced incorrectly...but is changed later, effecting the official result?

They have to pay out based on the corrected result, right?

Not sure on the Lopez bout. I know on MAB-Juarez they paid out on MAB because I had bet him. They corrected it the night of the fight I guess is why.

I just saw it on youtube. The cut wasn't that bad, I'm surprised he quit for that. His cutman may have been able to do something during the 1 minute break.

Hell, they had the bleeding stopped when the doctor was talking to him.

The truth is that Toney started timing Rahman's jab and ducking away from it and firing back with big, counter right hands that were catching Rahman flush. Hasim wanted out. Period.

So why wasn't Toney able to time and counter Rahman effectively 2 years ago in the first fight?

I dont know. Why was Rahman able to knock Lewis out in their first fight, but not in their second fight?

If all fights look and end the same, maybe we can just put an end to unnecessary rematches.

Damn Hanzy, you might be on to something.

 Well I have to say, Toney looked more serious this time around. Rahman looked worse for the wear.

Toney hit Rahman with a lot of counter shots in the first fight, but they didn't really seem to affect Rahman.

Because Toney got in shape. He took his training seriously. He really is all that.

I fully expect Tony to now cuff both Klitchkos and wrap things up by following through on his promise to buy livestock for Sam Peter after a whoopin! :mj:

By James's standards, he trained hard and ate less.

He was still way too fat, or as Ike would say, "morbidly obese" for a professional boxer to be.

He's too small, and also old, for Wlad. Wlad would beat him up, badly.

I was at that fight. I went with two buddies that know nothing about boxing. That is the last time, I will ever go to a card with mainstreamers. Anyway, these drunken lunatics started screaming. I can even hear one buddy on the telecast. He was standing in the middle of the aisle 5 minutes after everyone calmed down and screamed BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO like a 2 year old having a tantrum. My other buddy a drunken stoned whitey ran up to Rahman and ringside and called him a fucking bitch. An enormous black man turned to him and said: "it was a headbut" and my friend wisely shut the fuck up. It reminded me of Eddie Murphy Raw. This guy told my friend "oh, you just saw Rocky didn't you white boy."

Good card. A kid by the last name of Dallas was really impressive. IMO, Rahman quit. The but wasn't bad and JT was landing some wicked shots. He wanted out. For those of who say I am negative, there it is. The main event stunk but I am glad I went.

Daft. Only sexually frustrated men of small stature use that word. Oops. I guess your high school education is being put to good use. Keep looking up to me, Neil. Then again, I guess even if I were only 5 foor 4 you would have no choice but to look up.
