There isn't a fighter today whose resume "shits" on B-Hop's. Hopkins has the better resume at this point imo, anyone who argues otherwise is an obvious RJJ nuthugger. I will say the 1-1 Hopkins/RJJ argument is BS, though. Hops' win over RJJ was meaningless.
