Cotto was making Clottey follow him around and outboxing him the last few rounds. Tough fight to score though.

I don´t think Clottey necessarily lost the last three rounds, but he didn´t win them as convincing as he needed to have a legit beef, if he doesn´t come out on top.

    114-113 Cotto

No way in hell will Clottey get the decision. It would be Bowe-Golata 1 all over again if he did.

Props for Cotto for going 12 with a cut like that. Most of the time a cut like that can change a fighters fightplan in order to protect the cut.

The choker Clottey has only himself to blame.

Not a bad fight, but that cut really changed what Cotto wanted to do.

ALL CLOTTEY had to do was PUT ON MORE PRESSURE...bitch didn't want to get hit and went into his shell too much...had he open up a bit...i could already envision another late stoppage defeat for COTTO...

I could have seen it go either way by a point or two, but that was too big a margin. I want Floyd vs Pac not Pac v Cotto. Cotto should stay away from Clottey and never ever rematch him. Cotto wanted to get the fight stopped on his cut early in the fight. He was drawing attention to it, but after Clottey started to catch up he had to stop that and start fighting.
