Hurts to see Cotto lose but its much easier accepting defeat the second time. Oh well, Cotto lost to the best fighter right now. Pac/PBF is the fight that should be made now.

Middleweight is too much. At that point it becomes as much about height as weight. He needs to stay away from anything above '47.

He said in the post fighter interview 147 was his limit. I don't see any reason to not believe him, especially as there is no high profile big dollar fight @ 154.

There's PBF's "Go To" excuse for avoiding Manny right there I suspect.

I hope he isn't serious but is 'playing a role' Alabama Man style.

I'm pretty amazed by Pacquiao. I keep underestimating him and he always exceeds my expectations. He's a special fighter.

It was kind of sad to see Cotto in that manner, getting his ass kicked, looking to survive. At around the 8th round, I asked people around me if I was just drunk or did Cotto looked mentally beat. Pacquiao was fucking him up and Cotto had no answer other than to back up, survive, and hope to catch him with a miracle shot. Pacquiao wasn't even landing that many straight lefts, and still fucking Cotto up. I kind of wanted to see Cotto have the dignity of at least going the full 12, but he was getting pummeled, so I didn't have a problem with Bayless's (one of the top refs in the biz) stoppage.

As much as I've underestimated Pacquiao and he proves me wrong, I expect him to fight Mayweather next and lose. I'll probably hope I'm wrong again and Pacquiao pulls it off.

Nah, he was knocked out by Nedal Hussein but he was given a shamefully long count. I guess that was the fight the other guy was refering to

Just rewatched the clip, and while the ref is obviously biased toward Pacquio, I wouldn't even consider it a long count, MAnny beat the count legit

And Manny absolutely destroyed 2 guys that were competitive with Floyd.

Floyd barely won a decision over Oscar, and Manny treated him like a punching bag.

Floyd was actually scared of Gay Marquez, and fought him as if Marquez was the bigger guy

So yes, I think it's reasonable to assume that Floyd would be scared of Pacman.

If he does sign to fight Pacman, he'll fight like an absolute bitch, he'll pull a Dirrell.

Exactly, I don't know where this bullshit comes from.

If the ref wasted time after Manny got up, that's not Manny's problem.

Manny got up at 7 or 8, and won the fight. End of.

That wasn't a knockout. That was a knockdown by a stiff jab.
