agREED. Froch is definitely worthy of respect. I do think he has become overrated, especially after his most recent fight, but there is nothing to complain about his resume in this current era.

It is a good description I agree, but something that can't be ignored is it works pretty fucking well.

How many super middleweights in the history of the division would you pick against him cdogg?

Don't get me wrong, I can understand hating Slappy Joe, but I look at him objectively, and he's an incredibly hard fighter to beat.

He had a 69% kayo ration. There was something to those slaps.

Do you mean people who actually competed in the Super Middleweight division, which has only been around a few decades and was largely a shit division before recently?

    OR

do you mean any fighters who had fights over 160 and under 175 in their careers, going back 60 years?

If it's the former, there are only a few... it's not an old division and it has had only a few quality fighters over the years

If it's the latter? please, there's got to be two dozen guys

what good fighter did he stop?

He couldn't miss Charles Brewer, who had the chin of an interior decorator, and he never put him down, never mind stopping him

I am not saying he was a puncher. I am saying his slaps had something. He wasn't a puncher at all. He did put Eubank on his ass and hurt him, but I am not arguing he was a puncher.
