    Well, this might sound strange but not tapping to a choke isn't as difficult as not tapping to an armbar in my opinion. Personally I'd rather go to sleep instead of watching my elbow pop or forearm shatter.

    But I agree with you 100% about the pussified way in which the Gracie's handled the loss. "We're leaving Pride if you don't change the decision"

    if you haven't seen the match find it on youtube. It is so clear that Royce was out. I will never look at Royce the same after that fight. Straight bitch move. He should have got up off Royce and soccer kicked his head into the stands, there wouldn't have been much left to discuss after that.

    No I saw it, but just didn't think it was as tough for Gracie to avoid tapping as that armbar with Hughes.

    Personally, I would have tapped in both cases. Going out or even close to out from a choke is scary as shit.
