Saad by late TKO. He had the superior firepower, and though Scott was a damn good fighter, he was a very poor man's Qawi, so he wouldnt be able to do to Saad what Qawi did. Saad TKO 11.
I sure missed seeing this fight when it could have happened as Saad rightfully refused to go defend his title in a prison and Scott was not allowed out to fight. Scott was a very fierce fighter who gave Eddie Mustafa a beatdown before Eddie won the title from Marvin Johnson. It would have been something to see, the Great Champion vs. the Number One contender, which Scott rightfully was. Saad said that Scott would have had a few losses had he been on the outside being around alcohol and girls. Had it happened, at the time I didn't think anyone could have beaten Saad, including the hard man from Rahway. Just take a look at what Saad did to Jerry Martin, who laid a beating on Scott. Saad TKO 12 via brutal right hands.
