Thats pretty strong, man. Right now not much above that at all, if not around about the same (albeit we're talking strict, no knees?) Most i ever done for a single was 185 which was round about bodyweight which i was chuffed with. Right now it has to be a bit south of that.

Sounds like if you gave it a good run with a decent program youd get strong like buffalo real quick. Im just fighting a rear guard action against my natural lanky bird boned weakness. It'll win in the end

I've got off the sugar and was pumping turkey breasts, good quality burgers. Small dosages of creatine.

Intensity is key. Better to skip 1 minute on, 30 second rest, and another minute...

Trimmed down a lot of that bread, all that fucking sugar, no pasta.

Iceland spinach by the pallet. Champion poos.

Even now I like a bit of demerera in my coffee.

Got a cheapo ab roller. That made a huge difference because you release a load of energy in that midsection and really pull the belly in and add confidence.

Once this fucking election is over I will hit micromanage it like I used to. Get a hair cut tomorrow from my Arab mate, throw him a few bob before it all goes South.

7km walking speed, over 20KM non stop is no problem for me. When I started this it was like 4.8, anything over 5 was a bonus, 5.3 was a "Fast walk".

Now I get 7 kmph over a good distance without sagging.

I am jaded when it is done but I feel good.

Is the British government trying to starve you? I'm no historian but this is sounding familiar.

Been revisiting alot of 90s old firm games, as i did last lockdown....with a bit of age & maturity you wonder in retrospect : was it just bias and paranoia that had us convinced the refs were all masons?

    No. No, it was not.:Jest:

This would be the first time since 1989 we've lost 3 consecutive homes games. In terms of meaningful ones against decent teams i'd call it 7. This is as bad as ive ever, ever seen us. The fucking wheels came off as soon as the calendar turned 2020 & we just keep getting worse.

I watched two documentaries last night when I was waiting to fall asleep.

One about Robert Maxwell, disgraced British tycoon and father of Ghislaine Maxwell, the ex-partner of Jeffrey Epstein.

Then I watched one about Ariel "Arik" Sharon, the former PM of Israel and the former IDF General.

Maxwell had barely escaped Eastern Europe in 1938 and his entire family was butchered by the Nazis in the gas chambers. He came to England, got rich, worked for Mossad, blew it all, rebuilt it all. He effectively ransacked his own companies, engaged in wholesale fraud and then ripped off his employees pension fund to try and cover his losses. In the end he fell off his own yacht and drowned in the Atlantic.

Sharon had done a lot of bad things despite being a brilliant military tactician. He had liquidated Arab villages during the Arab-Israeli wars and he had permitted Lebanese Forces to commit atrocities in the Palestinian refugee camps. He became quite overweight, suffered a stroke and died a vegetable.

I wound up having some sort of a horrific nightmare that I can't recall properly. One aspect of it I remember is that Gislaine Maxwell had taken on the form of a white cat and I found this cat in a house I used to live in and I tortured it because it had done bad things.

£600k to put a ball between two sticks from 12 yards. Can't do it. LOLZ

Good 1-1 for Liverpool. We're a resolute outfit.

-2 for the respective fixtures from last Season and we are into a needed period of rest and refit.

"Liverpool missed the chance to return to the top of the Premier League as Kevin de Bruyne missed a penalty for Manchester City in an entertaining draw."

    FFS. That's their intro?

Twats. Of course they will change it between now and 10pm.
