Italian football has been corrupt since decades. Since the 1960's at least.

It had it's heyday in the early-mid 1990's and it's been fairly shit ever since.

It's managed a few peaks since then.

In 2007 Milan won the European Cup, then Inter in 2010 and none of them have won it since.

    11 years.

Since then, Spain, Germany, England have owned it.

I think this is getting postponed, by the sound of things.

It's a fine afternoon and to be honest I'd sooner fuck off out and do some bagwork or skipping rather than follow this.

"I'm utterly disappointed. Whilst the vast majority of Manchester United fans don't want to see the Glazers anywhere near the club ever again. if you're looking for 50+1 fan ownership and those fans are in there smashing up the stadium and inciting violence, then you've got to question whether they are the right people to be making those decisions and if their decisions are any better than the Glazers in the first place. The ball is in the Glazers' court now. It gives the owners a moral high ground now against a fanbase perceived through the media as being violent, disrespectful and willing to trespass to make their point."

See how quickly people run with this "Insurrection" narrative in all things now, and how fast the MSM is to promote their viewpoints?

I disagree with what the United fans did- it's broadly unhelpful and distracting- but there's no need to over egg it.

    "Smashing up", "Inciting", "Violent" .

Fucking do one. Where was the BBC when this language was far more appropriate during the Summer festivities?

    Yeah. Right. Fuck off lads.

See how for all their "People Power" talk, the powers are quite happy to allow this to undermine the broader quest.

"oh, you have to ask if Man United fans are any better than the Glazers".

    Apples and Oranges.

Unfortunately a lot of the United "angst" is basically underpinned by their failure to win the league for a decade or so.

City are in the CL Final., effectively. City have won the league, effectively.

All of a sudden the old Newton Heath scarves are out again, just like they were when the Wayne Rooney situation reared its head and when United got beat 6-1 at home.

Once United get back on top, the matter will be all good, once again.

    Precisely.

And shame on the guy implying it.

    Don't imply anything.

Just say it, and own it.

    Enough of this fannying about.

Get off the fence and choose your colours.

What the glazers do is applicable to the glazers.

What the idiots who broke things did is applicable to the idiots.

The idiots are no better than the glazers........but the idiots are NOT "The" Man United Fans.

    They are just some.

Interesting insight from Gary Neville about what will be going through the minds of the Manchester United and Liverpool players at their team hotels.

Neville draws a parallel with an England game in Poland in 2012 when the game was played the following day after heavy rain forced a postponement of the original fixture.

Neville says the long and uncertain delay could have a negative impact on the physical and mental preparations for the players.

"They might decided enough is enough and get back to it tomorrow," he adds.

I mean........ this is the level we are at now.

"Oh their mental health could be affected".
    FUCK OFF LAD.

I think now it has to go ahead.

They won't allow it to be cancelled.

    Too bad a look.

Better that it is merely "delayed", the headlines aren't as bad.

"Games cancelled"......bad look for the powers.

Umm but those fans aren't 50+1 members as it doesn't exist at the club or anywhere in the country.

50+1 is an ownership model not a a concept of ultras having full say. It doesn't even make much sense. So these supposed 50+1 supporters are protesting and inciting violence. Well if they were the owners who would they be protesting against?

Agreed. You know a guy is full of it when he can't even get his terminology correct. He can't even identify the parties properly, so he word-salads his way around like a dilettante. All the while the powers are broadcasting this verbiage.

He's being permitted to pre-emptively attribute wrongdoing to one group based on the activities of a totally unrelated group, and the justification for this is that one group might in time come to be part of the other group.

    It's not even remotely proper.

In fairness to them, the BBC have permitted airing of both sides.

Needless to say, the "Outrage" comments are being ratioed to death.

The "Glazers are real problem" are finding more support.

Get ready for the BBC to drop the Like/Dislike button.

Neither side have left their hotel yet.

So they have to leave the fucking hotel, get to the ground, get kitted out, warmed up. That's an hour, minimum.

The closer this gets to ending at nightfall, the more likely they will pull it.

It's a fine evening. Once dusk settles in......Mongs will abound, bad actors will aggregate, fun will ensue.

I'd pull it now. Have it tomorrow at midday when the twats are all still in bed.

5.20pm. Discussions about that "imminent" decision are ongoing.

    This is now an embarrassment.

Is there no basic protocol for these things?

"Heads on Spikes" was what Steve Bannon said during the Summer.

He got banned by The Powers.

    Careful now.

One good thing about England is that he won't be hunted down like a fucking dog and charged with all manner of bullshit crimes.

He deserves a kick up the hole and maybe some community service.

Tim, from Fulham, about to endure The Ratio:-

"If fans make up 50% of the ownership are they going to be responsible for any losses? Are they going to put up money for a new stadium or for players or when a club gets relegated? Maybe they think that all these clubs losing money each year somehow are actually making huge amounts? It's fantasy.

    Tim, Fulham"

Tim, from Fulham, there won't be "Losses" if the fans are in charge as they won't be fucking piling debt onto the club to service their liabilities elsewhere.

They wont be pulling £50m a year in "fees" out of the club.

    Wise up lad.

I haven't seen them in person but i'm pretty confident there are football stadiums in Germany and the Netherlands. I've also heard ticket prices are much cheaper.

Could just be communist propaganda though.

    They don;t get it.

there are no "losses".........there is merely debt.

Leeds had "Losses" because their "Model" was to borrow against the security of CL football.

Debt becomes a loss when the purported income/revenue does not materialize.

The fans won't borrow against uncertain revenues.
