Depends on Levy really, I can't see the move happening now. Let's be honest, Kane didn't stay because of loyalty or anything like that.

When it comes paying exorbitant transfer fees they somehow always have the funds.

This is a statement of intent, for now. Spurs are joint top, beat City already, and could drive on now. They have a dedicated manager with some tactical nous and an eye for a signing.

    Harry Kane
    @HKane

It was incredible to see the reception from the Spurs fans on Sunday and to read some of the messages of support I've had in the last few weeks. I will be staying at Tottenham this summer and will be 100% focused on helping the team achieve success. #COYS

    "This summer".

Apparently he's also angling for a pay increase. lol what a cunt.

Spurs are just too Spursy to win the league or a big trophy imo. They're a very good side on their day and I do rate their manager but there's just something missing mentally when it comes to the crunch.

Alaskert down to 10 men. How rangers dont have this tie wrapped up ive no idea, this is like watching them play st johnstone at best...lowlow block & try to get lucky. That Rangers cant break it down bodes well for us....their 2021 drop off in attacking form seems to be getting worse rather than correcting

Safe to say Celtic's game in the Netherlands later will be alot more exciting than this.

So Rangers are playing "Alashkert" and Celtic are up against "Alkmaar"?

Soonds like the SPL is trying to pull one over on UEFA by making up teams and results to qualify for Europe. I always knew football contained a lot of corruption but this is taking it to another level.

I know, they've done a credible job of making it appear that some of these teams actually exist.

We probably will by Everton's second string in the next round, not too bothered though, I'm the most confident I've ever been that we will go up this season, even more so than the seasons we actually did :afro:

Some good ties there. Group A especially should be fun. Liverpool should get through their group but Atletico are a nightmare for anyone.

Man U always get the same kind of group, and they always make hard work of it.

Yep. Obviously much stronger teams than Atletico but anybody drawing them immediately feels "ugh".

Everyone will have a massive laugh if one of Citeh or PSG don't make it out of the group but that seems highly unlikely even if they have a slipup along the way.

Hahaha, exactly this :Jest:. I really wanted the Leicester story to continue in the Champions League after they won the Premiership, I thought they could have potentially shocked one of the giants, but as soon as I saw they drew Atletico I knew they were done.

Leipzig could maybe take some points off PSG and City, but fuck me that group has three of the most unlikeable, financially-doped clubs going. The one redeeming thing is that you know at least one of them is going out.

Yeah i don't think any neutrals in Germany care for Leipzig but compared to the oil clubs their financial doping is like 1950's steroids compared to today. They not only lost a few key players but their manager as well. Like you say they may steal a few points but no chance of going through.

How do you see Dortmund doing, Whiskey? I really like the way they play, and they've obviously got a potent attack. They seem to have a mental barrier now when it comes to Bayern domestically, but in Europe it might be different.
