Aye well I love both those films, so... ok. :Jest:But McStay was born within a handful of miles & years of McCallister & Houghton, each mainstays in EPL winning sides and he was always regarded as the most talented Scottish player of his generation. In the late 80s before injuries slowed him I think hed have sauntered into any English starting 11.

Oh would this be the same EPL that was raging against the concept of a super league? Oh yes it is.

I do look forward to the wittering of the political greats like Sir Neville and Sir Linekar on this matter.

Get your Bullshit Bingo entries in now boys.

    I'll start

    * "We were unlucky to go 4-0 down"

    * "we won here last season so they had added motivation"

    * "to score twice after the game was lost showed real character"

Only Rodgers could suffer like this and turn it into some sort of a Greek epic saga of heroic resistance.

How good is Allan Saint-Maximin with Newcastle?

I know they're playing Man U right now, but in the US it won't be replayed until tomorrow.

He's good but inconsistent. Incredibly skillful player but his final ball is often poor.

Saint-Maximin reminds me of Eze who used to play for us. The talent and skill is blindingly obvious but he's still raw and unpolished. Also, annoyingly you know the guy is going to peak at a different club than the one you support.

I think this season will see the lowest points total in Premier League history which the 4th-bottom side survives with. The target is usually 40 Points for safety but I see it being a fair bit below that this time.

Yeah I remember the West Ham one. That was crazy, they had an awesome team player-wise that season, had no business being in the bottom half, let alone relegated.

David James, Trevor Sinclair, Jermaine Defoe, Joe Cole, Michael Carrick... just some of West Ham's first XI that season. Bizarre they managed to get relegated.

Richest club in England....can't field a side.

This is what it has come down to. This is what happens when the free press abandon their obligations and shill for an agenda

A common fucking cold variant means £50m players on £50k a week must sit idly by as entire seasons are forfeited because of.... Sneezing

Daryl Gurney won't be winning anything. He's not got the confidence and he's well off on his doubles. Head down and slumped shoulders when he walks away from the oche.
