This isn't a £1 lasagne from Iceland made with a retired also-ran from the 2.20 at Chepstow and palm oil... it's made fresh onsite and I freeze it....

Meatballs are made on site too, from cubed beef and rolled....

The green is a risotto asparagus with parmesan

The other ones a spaghetti Bolognese , no meat, with sage.

All are olive oil based. Olive oil, salt, pepper, tagliatelle or spaghetti with mince or veg.

Cottage Cheese/Fish/Romaine/Beetroot is self explanatory

That fish is 665 Kcal , 75g protein and around 30g of fat of which saturated is 5g. Zero carbs. That's more protein than two servings of that micronized whey they sell . For half the price.

That tub of cheese is 464 kcal and 60 g of protein.

That's 135g from those two alone.

I have steaks on standby if needs be.

I don't think Salah is finished. A player of his quality just doesn't become shot overnight. He's definitely struggling though and is in need of some rest. Maybe a change up in manager and/or system is what's needed too.

I would steer clear if I was Liverpool, in all honesty. Not only would he cost them a fortune, he comes with an ego. His arrival would lift other players but problems would arise not long after. I don't think he's what Liverpool really needs. Bellingham would be a better signing.
