Mason Greenwood: I'm in the mood to rape role play.

Chick: No, I don't wanna do that.

    Greenwood: That's the spirit!

80% of football is shit and wimmins ball just happens to fall into that bracket.

There was some shit served up at the weekend and Messrs Allison,Pickford,Kean etc were all at it.

Pickford is an outright dangerous bastard who could have Kod Watkins with that flailing arm.

He needs calling on it. Not the first time.

Mudryk will go down as one of the worst signings in Prem history. Dude is a bum.

I still haven't even seen him play. A lot of these huge signings in recent years have me asking "who?". Granted i watch very little nowadays.

He looked really good with Shakhtar Donetsk, but he's been unable to adjust to the pace and physicality of the Prem.

To make it worse for Chelsea, Pulisic looked good and scored today for Milan. Christian, though overrated by U.S. media, is a better player than Mudryk.

It doesn't help them that Nkunku got hurt. He'd have been their best player this year, but sadly the guy is really injury prone.

A funny posted on an Everton page in discussion of how can we get rid of Maupay.

"The only Premier League club that might buy Maupay is Man City. If they ever get sick and tired of scoring all the time, he can offer them something different."

I'm just reviewing some of Pickford's worst fouls ever. He's a crazy dirty bastard.

Maguire, the one that took VVD out for a year, that Watkins incident, etc.

    Dirty dirty bastard.

That penalty miss.....what women footballers don't get is that the poor bastard who did that will be mocked endlessly and be made the subject of endless memes and shit. We dish out abuse, regardless. If you fuck up, you fuck up, football might forgive but it never forgets. John Terry and Steven Gerrard can attest to that.

It's a curious one....he's a dickhead but she knows her role in all this. Drop charges, take a payday, disappear off social media.

Greenwood was never convicted of anything.

People like Neville who are criticising the Club are the same ones who undermined the Giggs physical assault case.

Guess the most compelling matchup on today is Rangers vs PSV.

Now go review Suarez's fouls. Between racist tirades at other players he occasionally liked to sink his big teeth into some white meat.

Rangers v PSV game is very good. All level at 2-2.

Rangers are certainly a better squad than last year.

Yes but Suarez was banned, tiraded, sold.

Pickford gets passes, over and over.

Sky Sports apologises for comments on Dyche clothes

Just reviewing my fitness records, I last religiously weighed myself on September 22nd 2022.

By "religiously" I mean as part of my once-per-week, every-week schedule.

At that stage I was less than a month into a physically demanding job which had peaks of physical demands but which never averaged more than 25 hours per week. Over time that fluctuated between 20 and 35 hours but tended towards 25.

In the intervening period, I have indulged myself with all 3 food groups, never had a sense of denial or mood change brought on by calorific restrictions etc.

I did keep up the exercise and did SOME running. I introduced weights and some creatine. I ate a lot of soft cheeses, yoghurts, chicken and some steaks.

    Bread was kept out.

Ate a lot of fruits including the allegedly lethal banned DRIED FRUIT RAISINS ARE FULL OF SUGAR OMG :Jest:

In the intervening period, September 22nd 2022 to August 22nd 2023, I have somehow dropped 26lbs of weight, reduced body fat by 7%, lost only 4lbs of lean tissue, and dropped my BMI from 33.1 to 29.3 and my visceral fat from 13.5 to 9.5

I did ONE single 10K run in that entire period. Some 5K's, but most of the exercise was airbiking and walking and weights.

So Feebles was correct. The lower calorie diet wasn't having the same impact on a pfp basis. It had after 3 months served its purpose, namely to get the ball rolling.

    If we go back:- July 7th 2022 I weigh 256lbs. By September 15th that's down to 227.

25 lbs in about 3 months. 7lbs was recorded as lean-tissue.

Total discipline back then. I mean one cheat day per week and even then that was just catchup food.

Yet in the intervening 9 months I've dropped 26lbs , with only 4lbs of lean tissue loss.

So weight loss has continued in a more satisfactory fashion despite there being no real regimen only sensible active living.

Goal now is to get to single digit figures of body fat by next Summer.

I ran 8.5k the other night at around 6 min per KM.

Really felt I could have gone on and done another 4, 5 at that pace.

I've concluded that I respond very very badly to certain foods. Not just calories, but calories derived from bread, crackers, cakes, chocolate etc seem to not get dealt with the same as calories from cheese, chicken and steak, fries etc.
