Celtic can at least take comfort that Dortmund are an elite squad.

Lyon are like 11 in Ligue 1 right now.

Why didn't Bruno attack the ball with his head? It's just dangerous going for the ball with your foot the way he did, and in the penalty area. The guy is not captain material. He's too temperamental and a sulker.

I caught the extended highlights. Rangers could have scored more than once in the opening 20 minutes. They caused Lyon problems. Cerni blew one chance over the bar with an open goal in front of him lol. Lyon's pace was too much for them and when you have three players chasing one player and leaving another unmarked in front of goal, you're asking for trouble. Too open at the back. Some lovely finishing from Lyon.

@Irish Shamrock Rovers drew with Apoel Nicosia. Do you class that as a great result?

And The New Saints lost 2-0 at Fiorentina. I actually expected Saints to lose by much more.

I used to watch Cerni play in the Dutch league. He looked good, at the time at least. He's been a let down for them so far though.

Anyone see Meslier's brain fart against Sunderland last night? Gifted Sunderland a very late equaliser.

Great. Gary Neville has joined the US coverage (NBC/USA/Peacock. )

A few years back they signed a partnership with Sky Sports in the UK. They can use each other's interviews, camera angles, etc.

Now they're bringing in Sky personalities.

Brentford failed to score in the 1st minute. That would have been four in a row and a Premier League record. They still scored early on...in just two minutes. They ended up winning 5-3 st home to Wolves.

Good start for Liverpool in both the EPL and CL. Slot has impressed many early on.

Might have been a blessing in disguise. Liverpool have gone on to win six in a row.

Maybe the writer left out the part where the keeper saves his shot, before dragging it wide.

Yes, well, it was a really on target before the wind pushed it off target. It's like being early right up to that point you're late but because you were early at one point you're still early.

lol I forgot to say, at the end of the day, these things are surely checked thoroughly before being published, so you could point fingers at several people.

Anyway...Ten Hag to get a result today and save his job for a little more time?

I doubt there's many proof readers at Sky Sports lol

As for United I give them a chance because Villa have had that huge midweek and we've seen many many days after the Lord Mayors Show in football.

United as bad as they were midweek still have the boost that can derive from a late equaliser.

    I'd say 30-40-30.
