I had hopes for The Duffer

 

He's too unstable and has a ridiculously high opinion of himself, he make Roy Keane football manager look like Carlo Ancelotti. Players will only buy into that for so long before it implodes. I don't like to say it but I also don't think he's bright or self aware enough to evolve or mature. Hopefully I'm wrong, he had a shirt but v good prime as a footballer, and he was likeable.
