Well, especially given the recent info on Morales and Floyd, it seems the vast majority of top fighters are on PEDs. So it's not really a case of thinking it should be overlooked, it's more a case of accepting that fact or just stopping watching boxing. I love watching boxing, so although I don't like the idea of any cheating, I now just accept it as part of the sport.
Thas de choof, and choof's de choof. The fact is - as it stands now, there is more proof Floyd is a cheater than Pacquiao.
To a certain extent I would agree. It''s a bit like the Lance Armstrong case. Cycling would have you believe that he was the only guy on drugs when it fact the peloton was high as a kite.
fact is Pac is on drugs and is scared to come off or this fight would have happened already i think we all agree that pac is on drugs and without his drugs he would have been knocked out 5 times already
Anybody who thinks I like Floyd Mayweather must have missed me wishing him to get knocked catatonic for the past 10 years
I'd say that seems pretty likely You guys are showing your fanboy status... anyone who CORRECTLY criticizes Manny Pacquaio must be a Floyd Mayweather fan?
Not at all, but as I said, Floyd has actually failed 3 TRT tests only to have them covered up. Manny has never failed a test. Though we all suspect Pacquiao, Floyd is the proven cheater at this point, not Manny.
I'm sure they all are. As a fan of boxing for so many years, I just like to think they are not though.
Mayweather can barely even beat the corpse of Cotto. :: Imagine what guys like Hearns, Hagler and Leonard would've done to this punk bitch!
I believe PBF first started PEDs in earnest against N'dou. Prior to that, in his loss to Castillo, for example, he was a mere mortal. And even then, he was hurt badly by Corley, but PED-fueled, he fought through it.
do you honestly believe that there is any doubt at all that Manny Pacquiao's success at higher weights has been greatly aided by illegal substances?
I love how you blindly select these points of origin with these issues How much did Trinidad's gloves weigh again?
PBF, it turns out, is the worst kind of hypocrite. And his defamatory ramblings against Pacquiao it turns out plain old projection.
if it was Mayweather, you'd be falling over yourself to get to the computer fast enough to post "HE'S ON PEDS!" fucking common sense... anybody looking at Pac's career who thinks he is clean needs a lobotomy
10 December 2012 Mayweather sympathises with Pacquiao, then throw him a verbal jab Phil D. Jay WBN Editor ‘Money’ comments on crushing defeat Pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. has insisted that he does ‘feel bad’ for now former nemesis Manny Pacquiao after the Filipino was knocked unconscious by Juan Manuel Marquez at the weekend. Mayweather, 35, has been linked to a fight with Pacquiao for three years or more and could now ultimately miss out of what would have certainly been the most lucrative clash in history if the two could have agreed to terms. In a recent conversation with the only website that ‘Money’ gives interviews to - Fighthype.com, the current two-weight world title holder was giving nothing away after losing out on a reported $100million dollars. "I feel bad for him, honestly. I really feel bad for him," Mayweather told editor Ben Thompson. "There's a difference in the ways you can get knocked out. When you gotta wake a guy up with smelling salt and he got a concussion and he gotta go to the hospital over night, that's crucial. I mean, that's close to the death.” The Las Vegas-based champion believes that Pacquiao’s lifestyle mind-set could have something to do with the manner of the loss to Marquez, but still found time to put the boot into the ‘Pacman’ as he comes to terms with his worst defeat. "I think he's got so many different things on the outside that he worries about, you know," Mayweather said. "But it was a good thing that he was able to come into the sport, you know, piggyback off my name, and get a bunch of endorsement deals and make a good living. That's a great thing," he added.
I don't know and really don't care to be honest, I'm just about to the point where I think everyone is on something.
No, but a bit like hypothetical boxing matches, you just don't know until they fight. I don't think Manny is clean, but the fact is at this point, Floyd is more of a proven cheat than Manny. And I'll say one thing in Manny's defense, his physique has never looked as absurd and obvious as Marquez's does now. Massive bulky arms and shoulders with veins popping out. He just bulked up nicely, bit by bit, as he moved through the weights. There was never an obvious transformation like Marquez.
