    Hey REED,

I don't usually find myself agreeing with D.C. Pizza Master, but you did make reference to saying this in one of your posts earlier today.

6 Years Ago, "95% of the People on the Street" DIDN'T Know the Names "Floyd Mayweather" or "Manny Pacquiao"...But TODAY they Do.

As someone who is not involved in this discussion and doesn't have a side, it does look like you are saying here that today 95% of the People on the street know who Mayweather and Pac are.

75% of sports fans seems reasonable to me

I'd put the "does your mom know who they are?' pecentage around 20%

Here's the ORIGINAL QUOTE that REED was Addressing...

"It's downward trend continues, I doubt 95% of people on the street could name 3 boxers by this point and the ones they might know are all in their mid 30s and close to retirement. It'll probably bottom out at some point though & we're probably close to it, 'death' is obviously the wrong metaphor. It's more like the decline of a nation."

REED Didn't Take HUT's % LITERALLY, Believing HUT REALLY Meant "Most People On the Street"...In that Same Vein, REED Only Used that # Because HUT Did & REED was Replying to Him...But Like HUT, REED Meant "Most People on the Street" as Well...Admittedly, REED Can See Where his Point was MISunderstood Though....
