    If being an entertaining fighter decided how much you can draw Mayweather would be fighting in bingo halls. As it is he fills soccer stadiums in Germany. Fights like Morales-MAB 1 and Corrales-castillo 1 didn't even fill 50% of the mandalay bay.

    Exactly, while I usually like watching Floyd fight, the mainstream fans don't. Loot at GSP, boringest guy in the UFC yet their biggest star. Fact is, the Klithsko did pretty good ratings on HBO afaik, the only reasons they aren't big in the US is that they aren't from there, and even worst, not from an Anglo-Saxon (or hispanic) culture (I know some might say Pac ain't either, but he's the exception, not the rule).

    well GSP ain't anglo-saxon nor hispanic.

    But I agree that the main reason that the Klit aren't popular in the US is because they're Ukrainians, and people don't relate to them. If these guys were american, they would be huge star in the US. Theyr boring, cowardly style doesn't help either.

    if these guys were knocking people out with aggression and constantly on the attack they would be huge here. No matter where they are from. But Wlad fights like he plays chess and Vitali is losing a step.

    I don't think so, Wlad was very exciting before the Brewster debacle, and IIRC, he wasn't exactly a big draw in the US

    sure he was. He was just starting to build his fan base here and lost it all after he got KOed and started fighting safe. If wlad comes out fighting like a animal and starts knocking people's heads off, he will be a huge draw. But he is so safe, and so technical, there is no fear of him losing and no interest here for it.
