Have you submitted a real offer to the owners? I see you rambling on about it on the forums, but business is not handled on a public forum.

It's not my responsibility to offer my services to the owners. I merely informed them that if I was running this site, it would be far superior in every way. Apparently they are perfectly happy with the way the site is running. I will be making another offer though to the owners later this year.
