I second that, without a doubt. You could really see it come through in Anthony Johnson too. I had no idea Johnson trained with Cung, but after (I think it was REED) it was posted, its easy to see. Not sure Cung Le would fair as well against well rounded fighters in MMA, but his stand up is world class(obviously)
It's arguable for sure, I won't say you're wrong. Anderson has great kicks and so does Cung. I'd pick Silva in a heartbeat to stop Cung Le if they ever fought, that's for sure.
Silva would stop Cung Le for sure. Silva is the better fighter and can improvise with his kicks at different angles and positions. But straight text book style kicks I would have to give it to Cung Le.
I would love to see Silva-Le. I am with the majority in picking Silva, but I think it would be a good scrap. As for kicks, I don't that anybody lets their legs go as freely and quickly as Cung Le. I think from angles and odd positions Silva's kicks are freaky. But out of a boxers stance it's amazing how Le snaps his kicks out.
Exactly. Cungle is certainly not the better fighter, but the speed and form of his kicks are without a doubt better than Silva.
