What does this have to do with Tarver and/or heavyweight boxing in the 90s? Tarver moving up is bad because Tarver sucks, he's 41, he's an unremitting arsehole, he's boring to watch and he sucks. (And he woulda gotten smoked by anybody in the top 15 at any point during the 90s, by the by) There's no oblique swipe at the Klitschkos or subtle, ulterier anti-white/european racism to expose here. And it doesn't have anything to do with Frank Maloney either.
