    yeah, I must be trolling because I'm not raving about some forgettable piece-of-crap movie with horrible acting and shit special effects from decades ago that some ironic internet personality thinks is a masterpiece

    It's actually very black and white. You would rarely find people who didn't like the movies or shows or music they liked as a child. It's human nature. As far as a census, I talk about movies every day with people in and out of the business. Been doing it for close to 20 years. If you want some perspective on this movie, do this:
    ask 20 people between the ages of 27-35 what the thought about it. Then ask 20 people between the ages of 48-57 what the thought. And you will see my point.
