I fucking hate Real Madrid. The Franco stuff is Real Madrid, along with Galacticos and all that fucking shite.

To be fair I pretty much agree with you, it's just they have hosted so many of my favourite players over the years that I can't hate them

With their payroll and way they go after everybody it's not exactly surprising anybody would like at least some players on their squads over the years.

Bayern did Citeh a huge favour tonight. Huge.

I'd have a great laugh if Citeh don't make it out of the group again.

I'm not sure if the odds are any good, but I bet a lot of people will be putting money on Citeh progressing from the group now. Roma's confidence has taken a hammering.

Bayern are pretty scary right now and not just because of today's result. Schweinsteiger who used to be the anchor of the side has been injured regularly and they don't seem to miss him very often any more. Ribery was a Ballon' Dor nominee a bit over a year ago can now come off the bench. Thiago Alcantara who was a big signing at the time and has been out for nearly a year, got injured again badly in training. None of it seems to matter though.

The referee reasoned that Schumacher was entitled to a bit of Lebensraum on the play

The referee wisely took this into consideration.

If I was a Liverpool fan I'd be terrified. Their defence this season hasn't been all that good. Even last season they were very shaky at the back.

But this is Liverpool and they can raise their game with that crowd behind them.

There is a Dutch team called Go Ahead Eagles.

For the sake of modern fitbaw, I hope Liverpool don't get mullered tonight.

Same. I read some talk that maybe Madrid are a bit distracted at the moment as they face Barca on the weekend along with Suarez making his debut. Probably just wishful thinking, but nice if true.

It's not even like Liverpool are some 'historically' great club like Ajax whose relegation to fodder-status was confirmed years ago. Liverpool actually won this damn thing less than ten years ago and lost another final in that time. They are still relevant. They have to be. If Liverpool have become irrelevant then the game is utterly fucked.

Ronaldo has scored two more goals than Liverpool has this year.

Liverpool certainly isn't relevant at this stage in 2014.

Real is going to clobber them.

They might be lucky to escape a 4 goal differential.

Yeah it helps when you have a player who is on this absurd of a form.

I for one will enjoy the bloodletting.

Even though Real certainly isn't my favourite club around.

The Blues are the only quality side in the English league at the moment.
