Ha. I'm not a big fan of places like McDonalds or Burger King or Chicken Cottage, but I'd eat from those places occasionally.

The BBC has Scotland ahead of Ireland despite the face Ireland has a superior goal difference to Scotland. I take it the reason for this is because the Scots beat the Irish therefore goal difference does not matter?

Dunno mate, i woulda thought it would be GD. Maybe just Brit Propaganda!

This is turning into some group. Its unfortunate for Ireland and Scotland that Poland are so hot right now because there's no realistic way Germany won't go through one way or another.

The bits i saw reminded me of a 90s Old Firm game - agricultural fitbaw but played with such pace & physicality that it was really entertaining. Must have been great in person as a fan of either team.

I went to a Glasgow Warriors game recently its a good day out. You can sit with a Guinness, nobody's signing about teenage boys shot by soldiers or the Spanish civil war, prettier girls, the toilets don't reek - the whole thing's quite nice.

What was the name of that guy in London that had all those bodies in his house.

The cops said when they caught him (there was no manhunt, no search for a killer, nothing. They showed up to his flat and found dead bodies ant that was it) he was about as calm as can be. He was showing them all the dead bodies in his house and talking like he was showing them his model airplanes.

I watched this earlier. The guy showed no remorse. Unbelievable how he owned up to everything and he even pleaded not guilty to all the murders.

Upton Park has a scummy feel to it when you're inside the ground. You must know you're in a shit hole.
