He's shitting all over every other English striker right now, all of whom are in better teams. The stats are too good to ignore, surely.

I can't think straight today but which English striker has scored more league goals at this point of the season than Charlie Austin has?

Andy Cole is one. I think he bagged a staggering 19 league goals for Newcastle by December 19th in '93.

Both in the days of 42 match seasons, so maybe not an equal comparison. But aye, Andy Cole and Peter Bearsdley ripped defences apart in 1993-4.

Today, of course, the clueless fuck Pardew is currently doing his best to lose a 4th derby in a row to one of the worst Sunderland sides anyone has seen. That first half was fucking bish.

I'd be pretty surprised if Sir Les hadn't reached 11 by this time in 1995-6, too.

He didn't have one. He had one of his periodic lucky runs which keep his head above water. Now he's back to his usual shite. Fucking cunt that he is.

Well earned goal by Liverpool. That's the problem for them, it seems anything they get has be got the hard way.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Arsenal tie it up if Sanchez or Giroud get half a chance.

You have to start somewhere, Austin has three recent goals and they all came yesterday. I like Carroll but there's no fucking way he should get the nod over him.

    Boom. Skrtel.

Fuck the referee.....Borini slid in there masterfully, and got a foul against him.

Arsenal are innocent fools, you will never beat the 'Pool.

Shearer hit 11 goals before December 25, 1996, in his debut season for Newcastle.
