Murphys is the stout of choice in Munster (incl people's republic of cork), a more fruity taste and not as heavy as Guinness

 

A shame that Belgrade didn't get a game for 2020.

I like Murphy's stout. I think they also make a red ale.

 

Why are they having the 2020 games every-fucking-where? Don't they normally just have a host nation or joint host nations?

 

It's not an ale but an Irish Red which is an dark amber lager. It says when Heineken purchased the Cork brewery in 1983, they launched the Irish Red mostly for overseas sales.

Another Irish red that was popular in the US in the 90s was Killian's. I haven't seen much of it lately. And Harp lager has always been mildly successful over here. None of them outsell Guinness though. It has the gimmick it's side.

Ha! There's no way England make the final, unless a miracle happens. The way things are going Scotland will stand a better chance of reaching a major final.
