    it's basically doing a pushup without your feet on the ground.

    I think this will take me a while.. not as long as the one armed chin maybe but a while

    Holy crap, I can already HEAR my rotator cuff tearing in half! :lol:

    Well, today's workout was good, but I ripped a callous open on my right hand doing deadlift holds! :doh:

    Deadlifts
    1*6(135lbs)
    1*6(225lbs)
    1*6(335lbs)...I actually pulled the weight about 4-6 inches above waist height to get it onto the squat rack because I wanted to use the same weight for deadlift holds(basically holding the weight at the top of a deadlift for as long as you can to improve grip strength).

    Deadlift Holds
    1*10seconds(335lbs)
    1*15seconds(335lbs)
    1*7seconds(335lbs...I died on this set)

    Chinups (just to wear out the grip)
    1*(8+3) (bodyweight...I had planned to do 11 like usual but my grip conked out, so I had to jump back up right away and get 3 more) :lol:

    One-Arm Dumbbell Extensions
    1*35reps(30lbs e.a.)
    1*25reps(30lbs e.a.)

    Leg Curls
    1*15reps(50lbs)
    1*15reps(70lbs)

    That's it for the gym as I had to hurry back.

    Just chins, handstand pushups, leg raises, and regular pushups left throughout the day. It's a good day! :clap:

    Yeah funny guy, I did at the end for you :lol:

    I did more reps with 50's than I thought I could do, since I laid off for more than a year :dunno: 3 weeks into it :blobbox:

    Nah, it's all good. I guess you were being witty, but I was setting up my new computer so I wasn't paying too too much attention.

    Now I'll have to superimpose Jack Nicholson saying "I feel pretty" while I hit the weights. :lol:

    as for me yesterday,

    1 mile
    50 chins
    200 pushups

    planche training,

    3 sets of 10 hspu
    .25 mile on hands on elipitcal
    someburpees
    100 bodyweight squats


    from now on I am doing a least 100-200 squats a day after my burpees..

    You can say it was dumb, I won't argue that......I personally was cracking up when I made that. You do realize my moniker is from that movie, Right? :lol:

    Besides, me and you are the only ones who posted videos at least :clap: Both videos were dumb, wouldn't you agree :laughing:

    I have to get the ol camcorder out of mothballs, or maybe I can convince the wife to buy a new digital one to record stuff. I can say it is to record all our baby moments! :clap:

    No weights today, but it is a chinup and handstand pushup day along with a bit of cardio. Tomorrow is squat day.

    I'm doing extra miles today.. maybe in the 4-5 range and I'm also doing my 100 chins.. only done 30 so far:lol:

    the bodyweight or Hindu squats are now a part of my daily.. as well as burpees

    I'm just doing my 5 sets of 11 in chins along with the handstand pushups. Natasha will be watching so I'll do a few extra this week. :lol:

    1*10(225)...weird, I felt like I could barely do it. I must be bushed from the heavy squats!

    Went for a little walk earlier. It's not big cardio, but I only slept for 6 hours last night and usually I sleep eight...so I'm gonna chill and then get up early tomorrow and maybe do a bit more cardio.

    Light cardio today, I tweaked something in my sternum from squatting 455 for 3 yesterday, so I just walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill at the gym.

    Also I've done chinups, but they go in another thread. :dunno:

    Ran my mile outside "pushing the jogging stroller" :)

    5 minutes of elipitical on hands

    5 sets of 10 HSPU

    50 chins
    some weighted one's.. DAYUM that was hard:doh:

    3 sets of back/wrestlers bridge

    Well, tomorrow is shoulder day. I'm gonna take it easy for the rest of the night and go to bed early and rest up. :clap:

    today it was warm but kinda windy, I did my run inside..

    1 mile inside on elipitical
    1 mile on hands

    3 sets of 10 hspu (this time on weights so I can go deeper)
    50 chins
    100 pushups

    some bridging before bed
