TD, YOU meant "lets see who keeps it up" as in the LOG!!!

I thought you mean "keep it up" as in the TRAINING:doh:

The nice thing about it, you can go back and see where you are slacking or where you need to step it up, alot of people plateau because they don't realize how they are lying to themselves little by little. If you ALWAYS make yourself write everything down, right away you know that set you took off, or that exercise you left out, or that rep you didn't get. You can tell yourself little white lies here and there and hurt yourself after awhile without even realizing it, at least that is what I learned from my "log" awhile back.

what is funny and ironic is when I was a trainer for a living I was very big on making clients keep logs, training and eating logs.. lol

but.. you know I guess I let myself off of it beacause it's not like I do complicated things. I don't do 3 day splits, or splits for that matter.. I don't do crazy reps, schemes of set etc..

I run 7 days a week, I chin and pushup 7 days a week for the most part.. some times I'll take a day and not do any chins or pushups.. but that is rare. I never take a day off from running
so.. I started a while back, before this fightbeat log, I was keeping one at home on paper.. but I stopped.. I kinda felt it was silly you know?

I do agree it's cool to look back.. when I'm banging out tons of chins or whatever it'd be cool to look back at say "wow.. I could only do 3 then!!"

    oh well

Yeah it was cool, then some fucker deleted mine :flip:

Nice when you can look at the front page and see what you could only do, then go to the last page and see all that you accomplished. I did alot of different types of cardio and split routines, also kept food diary and was alawys trying to find new foods. For the training that You do, I guess it makes sense not to bother.

the pushups and chins just keep increasing.. tryin to keep up with Buddy. he's a monster

Today is sets of 19 in the handstand pushups although I'll try for 20 per set. I have to do some groceries, running, and hit the gym.

Pitter patter, up and at'er, boys!

It's good to chat with others, particularly LOK. He has a lot of training interests in common with me, and talking about training definitely gets me fired up. Even Ty gets me going a bit when he talks about training. The arguing about training isn't really my bag, but I'll indulge pretty much anybody who wants to talk training. :dunno:

How is that training going, Tyler? You meeting all your short-range goals?

Saying how strange I am, saying that I say the dumbest shit I've ever said on here, that I said the weakest shit ever, this was just in the past day when there was no reason for it. I made a video that all you had to say was how gay I was..... I guess you guys were being positive

Dude, it's a little late to play the injured party. You try to get arguments going all the time.

I could just as easily go back through your posts and pick out a lot of stuff you said about me EARLIER than the posts you mention above, but there's no point in getting into an argument particularly when you'll just try to spin your way out of it. :dunno:

The "I was arguing with you to motivate you" line was seriously weak shit, and if you weren't trying to spin that or argue further, you'd admit it to yourself. If you want to blame us for mocking you after you tried to get us into arguments, then you go ahead. Even YOU know it's not that simple, I suspect.

It was CLEARLY supposed to be funny, at the very least humorous. You could not see my face at that angle tard  It made no difference if I put a face over mine or not. You have no spatial conception :kick:

I asked for it, I am not playing injured  I exposed your hypocrisy, nothing else :dunno:

Unlike you guys, I did it to get a slight motivation and when I make a bet......I keep it. If I tried to kiss ass like you do, there would be ZERO extra incentive for me. Simple really :dunno:

I laid it out here before.

Gradually building on cardio but had to practically stop because of my shoulder. But my shoulder is perfectly fine now, so basically I am back to cardio since last week :cheer:
