    That's his name, or at least it was in all of his earlier fights. His full name, I believe, is Christopher Livingstone Eubanks. I'm not even sure when or why it was later changed to Eubank.

    To (mis)quote Eddie Murphy:

    "His momma named him Eubanks: I'm gonna call him Eubanks!"

    Funny this would even come up, but I have his NY State License Application from when he first started his career in the U.S.. back in 1985, and even then he referred to himself as "Eubank"...............or at least that's how he filled out his paperwork.
