He went to the penthouse and violated , that's when he got arrested. He was mandated to stay at his trainers apt

 

Oh well that's different. 2 months sat on his ass doing fuck all. Couldn't do it.

Yup it seems like there's a consensus that Canelo is currently the face of boxing. but I question his longevity given his age and recent fights. Lately he's received some criticism because his matchups(Ryder/Charlo) deservedly so...but at the same time I think not enough people appreciate his challenges moving up in weight. I know he's a stocky dude but at the end of the day you have 5 foot nothing guy fighting naturally bigger men. If it was that easy why couldn't Charlo and Andrade do it???? The dislike towards Canelo might stem from his success and status as a boxing franchise. Just like people hate on the Yankees and Manchester United. Boxing is in such poor state that I guess Tank Davis is seen as a potential successor given his youth. unless a new standout emerges he most likely is the new face of boxing. Obviously that hinges on Tank avoiding personal troubles. He needs to leave them hoes alone .

 

Agreed, canelo has been great for noxing. But he needs to fight benavidez

 

I agree can't wait to see that fight. Its no secret I'm a Canelo fanboy. But as a boxing fan in general that's a very interesting fight. Win or lose I just want to see it. But mark my words if Canelo wins which is no easy task the very same people calling for Canelo to fight "the Mexican Monster" will say he was no good and overrated.
